INC 82 Brewing

The idea of INC 82 came to us one day while trying to figure out where to go to eat in our local area. Realizing that the choices in Dublin are pretty scarce when it came to non-chain restaurants, we decided to create our own, because that's what all people do, right? We started working with an executive chef to produce a mouth-watering menu and a brewmaster to brew the greatest beers. Mmmmmm beeeeeeer........ Together, we created a microbrewery and restaurant with a hip environment where you can get local beer, cocktails, and freshly made food. Why the name you ask? Well, the city of Dublin was founded in 1835; however, it didn't become an incorporated city until 1982, hence the name INC 82.
