Being in Indiana all my experience with Specialty Truck was on their website and through the phone. There website was easy to navigate and having actual pictures to compare against was awesome. Called and spoke with the parts department and was treated very well and felt like I was being taken care of. After confirming with the guys on what I needed they were very quick to get the part processed and had it shipped the same day. Received the part today and was pleased to see I got exactly what I needed. Would recommend them to anyone, in any state, service was great and their prices even better.
Called yesterday 5/29/18 for some weld-on tope hooks. I called everywhere prior and they were all sold out/ special order. But Specialty Truck had them in stock. I spoke to Patrick and he confirmed they had 12pcs. I couldn't make it in the same day but he put them on hold for me. And I picked them up next day. They were on the counter waiting for me. They were also less than half the price of the ones I purchased a week earlier next door at FJM. I will definitely be coming here more often.
I have always seen them off the freeway but never thought of stopping by. Great customer service and very competitive prices. Thanks again Patrick for making this transaction go so smoothly, as well as actually having the items I needed on hold for me. Many places don't do that anymore and are just lazy.
