'm super grateful after Walnut Creek Optometry Group squeezed me in the morning I suffered a cornea abrasion. I was in a lot of pain. Dr. Bavishi was helpful and very patient while attempting to put a contact bandage on my eye. I'm not the easiest patient since I'm very sensitive with anything having to do with my eyes. She was able to get it in and prescribed some medications. She squeezed me in again for follow-ups over the next couple of days. We encountered some difficulties removing the bandage because I couldn't keep my eye open but Dr. Nguyen was able to calm me down and remove it.
I've been going to see Dr. Nguyen for over 7 years now. I had many issues with being prescribed the wrong lenses by other places and always getting headaches or just not being able to comfortably wear my glasses. Dr Nguyen listens and tries to find the perfect fit.
She's also very friendly and easy to talk to about your vision needs. The rest of the staff is great too and the office is clean.
