My daughters glasses had a screw come off and also needed tightening as they were slipping off her face. The staff was warm and very helpful. They were very ready to help even though this pair of glasses was not bought from their shop. I was worried about not having enough time to drive down to where we bought these glasses, and that was hard to find time between meetings. This place solved my problem so easily and it was fast and convenient. Thank you so much for being so gracious!!
If I could give a 5 + rating to the team at visual expressions I would! After a bad experience with another Optometry practice, a friend referred me to Visual Expressions. From the very start, with making an appointment the team were absolutely friendly, professional and courteous. I was taken back to my appointment with no waiting time, the optical technician was absolutely professional and friendly and used stringent cleaning practices on the machines. Dr. Khayatan was excellent, taking her time with me and some strange things that I have going on with my eyes!
From the moment you walk in the door, you can tell that this is a team office and that the staff are valued. I will definitively be back next year!!!
I tore a contact lens today and half of the lens remained in my eye. I was not able to get the other half out and I called immediately. Dr. Kayatan's front desk staff squeezed me in with her right away and she was able to flush the lens out , and check to make sure there was no damage to my eye. Greatly appreciated their care to get me in right away!
I frantically scheduled an appointment due to an increase in headaches. Not only did the Doctor impress me...this review is for her support staff. The gal that answered the phone was so comforting and followed-up with insurance to see my coverage was good to go. Genie matched me perfectly with glasses that suited my style! She was patient and helped me narrow in on the selections well. I was so appreciative of how the front desk receptionists brought out a treasure box, that helped to entertain my busy children. That thoughtful touch is why this place should be recognized! You get top quality service with care and love.
