We used Jazz for our AC / Heater issue when my husband installed the Google Nest. He shorted a fuse or something during installation. Called Jazz up, they were quick to respond & quick to fix the issue. On top of that, they've got a great deal where follow up checks / maintenance are free if you pay an annual fee. Cannot beat ensuring both are working properly when both are actually used, depending on the time of year.

Had a water heater fail and contacted Jazz. They had someone out same day by 2pm, amazing!

We were notified our guy was on the way and Brent called me saying he was picking up our new water heater.

He arrived early which was awesome and removed my 16 year old water heater replacing it with a new one along with earthquake straps and a regulator tank which our old one did not have.

All the plumbing work was super clean, looks fantastic and Brent cleaned up everything before he left including taking the old tank. Super nice guy and is a real pro.

I would highly recommend Jazz for a water heater replacement and if I need other HVAC or plumbing needs, I'll definitely be using them again. Thanks Brent and Jazz!
