Program Times
We are open 7am - 6pm, Monday through Friday. We allow our families to choose the schedule best for them (2 - 5 days) based on their schedule and our availability. Some children attend the full time program 7am - 6pm. Some children attend the morning session 8:3 am - 12, and others stay for a hot lunch until 1 pm. Others attend the afternoon program from 1 - 3:30 pm.

We also have a center 3 miles away in Danville. Both schools have small classroom sizes and are protect by secure, alarmed doors. We focus on preparing the children for kindergarten academically and socially while having fun, doing arts/crafts and enjoying music/singing.
Established in 1981, Diablo Hills Country School is a family venture that provides safe, educational experiences that last a lifetime. Our student to teacher ratios are consistently lower than mandated by the state in order to best develop each child, unlike many high volume commercial day care center competitors. Our facilities were built with smaller classrooms in order to provide a warm, home like learning center. Our curriculum is a developmentally structured program that supports the goals of the San Ramon Valley Unified School District and prepares the children for Kindergarten while having fun. Our goal is for the children to develop a positive self image while honoring each family's unique cultural situation. We are fully licensed by the State of California Department of Social Services and are currently undergoing the NAEYC process in order to obtain NAEYC accreditation. Over the years, Diablo Hills Country School has won many awards, which include, but are not limited to, PACE Child Care Center of the Year in 2006.

Where once schools and parents had similar goals and expectations for children, today parents’ hopes and priorities for their children have moved beyond the child “getting the right job” to achieving an overall high quality of life.
Witnessing the growing concern of children who are ill-equipped for learning intersect with the traditional education system which has become overwhelmed and unable to adapt, a bold response is indeed required. Caulbridge education began as a desire to step back, and to answer the more fundamental questions: “What is an ideal education for our time, for the children before us today? How can we break the cycle of dysfunction? Could we start with an intention to raise happy, healthy children?” Finding the answer to these questions within both, current research and collective wisdom, we opened our first school in Marin, California as part of a larger social mission to build a network of Caulbridge Schools.

By 1953, Alfredo acquired a local San Francisco market called "Mother's Market," located at 23rd and Irving Street. Esin and Curtis deCarion are a culinary match made in heaven. Well, make that Johnson & Wales University in Charleston which seemed like paradise to them. As their friendship bloomed at culinary school, they discovered a mutual passion for reading cookbooks, crafting recipes, and talking incessantly about food.
Married with two sons, Esin and Curtis have served up American food with Mediterranean flare since 1998. Before they opened Esin Restaurant in Danville's Rose Garden center in 2008, they ran the popular Café Esin a few miles away in San Ramon.
Curious, adventurous, and caring, the deCarions meticulously oversee each meal for their guests. They are fussy about everything at the restaurant from the pristine dining room to the freshness of each ingredient. The couple also takes extra care to mentor and train their staff. Curtis and Esin attract food-loving servers who instinctively understand guests' needs. They nurture a spirit of teamwork and independent thinking. And keep a keen eye on the environment by recycling and using many local purveyors.
