After completing dental school, he completed a dental residency with the Pascua Yaqui tribe of Arizona. While serving the dental needs of the tribe, he gained valuable clinical experience in many procedures including implant placement, IV conscious sedation, root canals, crowns, fillings, and dentures. Following his residency, Dr. Nisenboym returned to his alma mater for two years as a pre-clinical instructor.
