Dr. David Nisenboym graduated from the University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with an emphasis in Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior and a minor in Russian language. He then attained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from San Francisco’s University of the Pacific Dental School in 2013. After completing dental school, he completed a dental residency with the Pascua Yaqui tribe of Arizona. Fenestra Winery was established by the Replogle family on the historic Ruby Hill property in Pleasanton in 1976 and in 1980 occupied the century-old George True Winery building on Vallecitos Road in Livermore. The old building had been badly neglected, and the Replogles hauled away tons of trash, and installed a new roof and strengthened the building.
