Cuda Ridge produces all eight of the Bordeaux varietals including Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Petit Verdot, and Carmenere. Cuda Ridge signature wines are Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. From time to time, winemaker Larry Dino, will produce non-Bordeaux style wines which are designated under the Black Label, these wines include Syrah, Sangiovese, New-World style Cabernet Sauvignon and our S&M blend. Cuda Ridge does extensive blending of the varietals and strives for lower alcohol wines with intense complexity and character, traditional of the Bordeaux style. [read more]

Darcie’s great, great grandfather, Fritz R. Ruegsegger, came to America with his family from Switzerland in 1875 to pursue a career in winemaking. In 1883, Fritz’s son and Darcie’s great grandfather, Christian Ruegsegger started his own winery, the Alpine Winery, in St. Joseph, Missouri, which held bond #62 in the United States. Along with managing the vineyards and all winemaking tasks, Christian hand painted his own wine labels. The Alpine Winery bottled its last wine in 1945, when hard times following the repeal of Prohibition forced the family to shut down operations. Darcie Kent now proudly carries on the family tradition as a fifth generation vintner and artist for the winery that bears her name, Darcie Kent Vineyards. Like her great grandfather before her, Darcie uses her original art for her wine labels and strives to capture the unique spirit of each vineyard and its owner, in her breathtakingly beautiful labels that grace each bottle. Fenestra Winery was established by the Replogle family on the historic Ruby Hill property in Pleasanton in 1976 and in 1980 occupied the century-old George True Winery building on Vallecitos Road in Livermore. The old building had been badly neglected, and the Replogles hauled away tons of trash, and installed a new roof and strengthened the building. The winery building was refurbished in 1997 and vineyards have been planted around the winery. The winery specializes in classically balanced, award-winning wines from primarily Livermore Valley grapes. Collectively, LVCC members represent nearly 30,000 jobs and generate millions of dollars in revenues and economic benefits in the Livermore Valley. Member businesses and their employees also support the local community through volunteerism activities and millions in financial contributions. Located in the heart of Livermore’s Downtown District, the Livermore Valley Chamber of Commerce serves as the city’s Visitor Center. LVCC enjoys a long legacy of business leadership in the local community. The Livermore Chamber of Commerce filed its articles of incorporation with the office of the California Secretary of State in 1937. But evidence shows that this chamber was active as early as 1927.
