Mobility Matters is a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization that provides mobility management services in Contra Costa County. The idea of INC 82 came to us one day while trying to figure out where to go to eat in our local area. Realizing that the choices in Dublin are pretty scarce when it came to non-chain restaurants, we decided to create our own, because that's what all people do, right? We started working with an executive chef to produce a mouth-watering menu and a brewmaster to brew the greatest beers. Mmmmmm beeeeeeer........ Together, we created a microbrewery and restaurant with a hip environment where you can get local beer, cocktails, and freshly made food. Why the name you ask? Well, the city of Dublin was founded in 1835; however, it didn't become an incorporated city until 1982, hence the name INC 82. Darcie Kent Vineyards

Darcie’s great, great grandfather, Fritz R. Ruegsegger, came to America with his family from Switzerland in 1875 to pursue a career in winemaking. In 1883, Fritz’s son and Darcie’s great grandfather, Christian Ruegsegger started his own winery, the Alpine Winery, in St. Joseph, Missouri, which held bond #62 in the United States. Along with managing the vineyards and all winemaking tasks, Christian hand painted his own wine labels. The Alpine Winery bottled its last wine in 1945, when hard times following the repeal of Prohibition forced the family to shut down operations. Darcie Kent now proudly carries on the family tradition as a fifth generation vintner and artist for the winery that bears her name, Darcie Kent Vineyards.
